Oak Wilt preventative $16.00

Oak Wilt therapeutic $15.50

TREE PLANTING

The right tree in the right place - planted the right way - can grow to be one of the most valuable assets on your property. There are hundreds of companies that offer tree planting services, but very few that are committed to the research-based specifications that we in the arboricultural world know are crucial for establishing long-lived canopy.

If you're interested in a tree that looks great 28 years after the 2 year warranty expires, I'd love to work with you. All pricing includes consultation, delivery, and planting.

Potted Trees: $250 - $800

Ball & Burlap Trees: $600 - $1,000
Discounts available for bulk plantings (5+ trees)

TREE RISK ASSESSMENT

"Ahimsa" is to minimize harm - to trees and to people. Finding that balance can be extremely difficult, with potentially disastrous consequences. I assess risk with standardized ISA formulas and methods, but an uncommon understanding of the broader context that a tree inhabits in the landscape.

Level I (general property assessment) and Level II (detailed analysis) services are offered.

Assessments are delivered as written reports with photographs. They are signed and dated, with credentials listed.

Level I Field & Office Rate: $150/hr

Level II Rate: $250/tree

TREE INVENTORY

General tree inventory includes all standard metrics: diameter, species, condition, damage, and any noteworthy observations. Data is compiled using GIS technology and presented as a benchmarked satellite visual with corresponding spreadsheet details.

This is usually a service provided to property developers, but is also a useful tool for homeowners who wish to develop an informed maintenance schedule for their property's canopy.

CANOPY ANALYSIS

Canopy analyses can play a critical role in major property transactions. Typically, these include a combination of inventory, health diagnostics, and risk assessment, presented in a package that's thorough but easy to digest.

Whether you want to market the tree cover of a property that you're selling, or you're concerned about one that you're buying, I can provide you with the insights that you need.

Common features for sellers to showcase include specimen trees, environmentally-significant attributes, and species diversity.

Typical areas of interest for buyers include septic/sewer conflicts, hazard mitigation, and future canopy maintenance.

CONSTRUCTION PROTECTION PLAN

Protecting trees from construction activity is serious business. Whether you're in need of specialized protection for a sensitive tree, navigating an unfamiliar protection ordinance, or just ensuring that future removal costs are kept to a minimum, I know what it takes.

Format of your choice: verbal, standalone plan, or supplement to existing survey / grading plan / building plan.
